Long Eaton United Community FC Academy came out on top this time against Chesterfield's academy in a 2-1 win on home turf.
The Blues' put November's damning defeat to the Spireites behind them and took charge early on in the first half.
Alans Voskresenskis scored the opener with a composed finish into the far corner of the goal and Long Eaton held on to the one-goal advantage as they head in at half-time.
Ryan Bache won and scored a penalty to double the lead shortly after the restart but Mackenzie Ross found the back of the net to give Chesterfield a lifeline.
However, the Blues defence remained resolute and saw out their second win in the National League U19 Alliance Division F.
